What is AJINOMOTO MAG?

AJINOMOTO MAG enriches the sensorial profile of foods without any sodium addition. It is a technological solution developed by Ajinomoto for formulations with extreme sodium restriction.

Composition

Monoammonium glutamate (purity superior to 99%).
